Unknown items can remain open. The goal is to make them visible instead of hiding them inside an assumed product match.

Add connector names, part numbers or clear photos if exact references are unknown.
03Length and routing
State target length, cable exit, bend path and available space.
04Project stage and quantity
Separate prototype, pilot and volume requirements and include forecast where known.
05Protocol or performance need
State the system requirement without assuming that connector appearance proves performance.
06Drawing, photo or sample
Attach any reference that can clarify direction, mapping or mechanical fit.
07Quality and compliance
List only the documents, inspection or compliance evidence the project actually requires.

Add target timing, destination and packaging needs if they affect quotation.
